The NLUD team comprising of Ms. Gunjan Chawla and Mr. Vishwam Jindal were awarded the Best Delegate Award and Best Delegate Commendation Certificate for participating in the General Assembly (Plenary) at the Lady Shri Ram Model United Nations Conference (LSR MUN) 2008 held from 21st to 23rd November, 2008 at the Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University.
NLUD student Ms. Gunjan Chawla was selected by the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore to officiate as Chairperson of the Historic Security Council at the NTU MUN 2009 Conference Hall at NTU, Singapore from the 6th to 8th February, 2009. Over 200 students from at least five countries in the South and South-East Asia region participated in the conference.
The NLUD team comprising of Mr. Aayush Srivastava & Mr. Rahul Seth participated in AMICUS Model United Nations Conference 2009, organized by Amicus Youth Foundation at GD Goenka World School, Sohna Road, Gurgaon which was held on 24th – 25th October, 2009. Mr. Aayush Srivastava was adjudged as the Best Speaker in the International Court of Justice.
NLUD student Mr. Naman Joshi participated in the 15th Session of the Cambridge University International Model United Nations (CUIMUN XV) held on 29th – 31st January, 2010 at Newnham College University of Cambridge. His performance as the delegate of USSR in the Historical Security Council of 1962, discussing the Cuban Missile Crisis, was widely appreciated.
NLUD student has also participated in :

- 8th National Law School Bangalore Parliamentary Debate 2009.
- Lady Sriram Model United Nations Conference (LSRMUN). Mr. Aayush Srivastava was adjudged as the ‘Best Delegate’ in the Security Council.
- Delhi Technological University Model UN Conference, 2010. Mr. Aayush Srivastava won ‘High Commendation’ award.
- St. Stephen’s College Model United Nations 2010. Mr. Aayush Srivastava was adjudged as the ‘Best Delegate’.
