Dr. Sushila Assistant Professor (Law) LL.B., LL.M., Ph.D. |
Dr. Sushila is Ph.D in Law. The topic of her doctoral research was “Liability for medical negligence under Consumer Protection Act, its emerging dimensions”. Before joining this University, she has taught various subjects including Law of Torts, Family Law, Commercial Transactions and CPC (Civil Procedure Code) at Campus Law Centre and Law Centre-1 of the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. She has authored various Articles and book reviews which have been published in different journals. She has participated in various seminars/conferences/workshops besides closely working with legal aid and moot court activities. Her areas of interest are Legal History, Law of Torts and Consumer Laws. Presently she is teaching History of Legal and Constitutional Development in India at the NLU, Delhi.
