Moot Court

 

Moot Courts are a thrust area of Legal Education. The University strives to integrate the theory and practice of Law in campus settings through moot court activities. The mooting in NLU, DELHI is a serious activity. The moot court activities are coordinated by the faculty adviser to the Moot Court Committee. Members of the faculty help students in preparing for Moot Court Competitions.

 

1. The University has entered into MoU with National University of Singapore, Singapore International Arbitration Centre and Kaden Borris Partners, Lawyers, Gurgoan to host and conduct annually IICLAM moot competition.
2. The University will be organizing IInd Corporate Law Moot Court Competition in collaboration with UKCA Law Chambers, a leading Corporate Law firm of Delhi.

3. National law University Delhi is organising Oxford-India Media Law Moot Court Competition in collaboration with Oxford University and NUJS, Calcutta.
