Conspectus of Moot Court Activities

The team comprising of Mr. Hardeep Singh, Mr. Sameer Dawar and Mr. Paramvir Singh was ranked 3rd in the Ist International Air Law Moot Court Competition held on March 3-6, 2010 at NLUD Campus. Mr. Hardeep Singh was awarded as the best Oralist and awarded a scholarship by Ministry of Transport, The Netherlands for LL.M. Programme in the Air & Space Law at Laiden University, The Netherlands.

 

The team comprising of Mr. Aditya Sharma, Mr. Aayush Srivastava and Mr. Mohit Sharma reached the Semi Finals of K.K. Luthra Memorial Moot Court Competition organized by Faculty of Law, University of Delhi from January 15-17, 2010.

 

The team comprising of Ms. Kunika, Mr. Varun Eknath and Mr. Mitul Jain represented the University and reached the Semi-Finals of the 4^th Rajiv Pandey Memorial Moot Court Competition organized by Faculty of Law, University of Delhi on October 10^th, 2009.

 

The team comprising of Mr. Purushottam Anand, Ms. Soumya Shekhar and Mr. Vikramaditya were runner-up in the All India Pt. Vasudeo Narain Mishra Memorial Moot Court Competition organized by Patna Law College from 8-10 July, 2009.

 

The NLUD team comprising of Mr. Hardeep Singh, Ms. Devna Arora and Mr. Mubashshshir Sarshar reached in the Semi Finals of the 12th M. M. Singhvi Memorial – Bar Council of India International Law Moot Court Competition – 2009 held at NLU, Jodhpur.

 

The NLUD Moot Teams also participated in the following Moot Competitions:

 

• 2^nd GNLU International Moot Court Competition – 2010 was held on 3^rd – 7^th February, 2010
• 13^th Annual M. M. Singhvi Memorial – Bar Council of India International Law Moot Court Competition – 2010. The competition was held on 29^th – 31^th January, 2010 at NLU, Jodhpur.
• 14^th Stetsons International Environmental Moot Court Competition – 2009 organised by the National Law Institute University, Bhopal on 20^th November, 2009.
• 3^rd International Infrastructure and Construction Law Arbitration Moot - 2009 (IICLAM) was organized at National Law University, Delhi on 14^th - 15^th November, 2009.
• 4^th Law Asia International Moot Court Competition was held on 8^th – 12^th November, 2009 at Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
• 3^rd Annual NALSAR – Justice B. R. Swahny Moot Court Competition organised by the NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad on 9^th – 11^th October, 2009 at Hyderabad.
