Dr.Vishal Mahalwar, has done B.A.LL.B. from Faculty of Law, M.D.University Rohtak(Haryana) He has been awarded Master of Laws by NALSAR, University of Law, Hyderabad. His areas of interest are Intellectual Property Laws, Law of Torts and Legal aid. He has more than half a dozen Articles to his credit published in Law Journals of National repute. These publications are in the areas of Traditional Knowledge, Geographical Indications, Medical methods, Medical treatment & Ambush Marketing viz- a- viz IPR. University of Rajasthan has awarded him Doctoral Degree in Law. "SOCIO- LEGAL STUDY OF LAW RELATING TO PROTECTION OF TRADITIONAL KNOWLEDGE UNDER THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY REGIME" was his area of research. He has participated in several National/International Conferences and workshops besides contributing in legal aid programs of the Legal Services Authority.
