Ms. Saloni Khanderia has completed her BA.LLB from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2008 and her LLM in Business Laws from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2010. Her areas of interest include Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, International Law, Intellectual Property Law , Trade Laws, and Law of Torts to name a few. Her research areas and publications include Patenting of Micro-organisms, Corporate Social Responsibility, Confidentiality in a Migratory workforce, SEBI: a chimera or Reality and Bank and Cross Border Mergers and Acquisitions, International Trade and Human Rights.
