CCI selects NLU Delhi in the Panel of Institutions for carrying out initial Competition Assessment of Economic Legislations/Bills |

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has selected NLU Delhi in the panel of institutions for carrying out initial competition assessment of economic legislations/ bills referred to CCI. As per the Competition Commission of India (Competition Assessment of Legislations and Bills) Guidelines, 2015,CCI proposes to maintain a Panel of 5-7 reputed institutions to carry out initial competition assessment of the economic legislations /bills referred to it and for this, the CCI had invited applications from eligible institutions. Based on the evaluation of samples of competition assessment submitted by different institutions across the country, the Competition Commission of India has empanelled seven reputed institutions from across the country and National Law University Delhi is proud to be one of them.
