Dr. Girish Agarwal holds a Ph.D. from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona and a Masters Degree in Law from the University of Oslo. Previously, he has been a visiting scholar at University of Copenhagen, Denmark, Uppsala University, Sweden and ETH Zürich, Switzerland. His authored books include: Civilian Drones, Visual Privacy and EU Human Rights Law, (Routledge, 2022) and Implementing a Digital First Sale Doctrine: Comparative Study of the E.U. and the U.S.A (Anchor Academic Publishing, 2015). His areas of specialization are Technology Law, IPC, CrPC and Law of Torts.
